Assistant Healthcare Service Manager, Coventry, Permenant, Part Time, up to £35,000pa (FTE) + Benefits

The Key details are – I am recruiting for Assistant Service Manager will be a proactive member of the team whose skills will ensure safe, quality and value for money services are being provided in an efficient and systematic manner.

Location: Coventry – within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum / £15.38 – £17.94 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week.

Hours: Part Time 30 hours

Further Details about the Role: I am looking to recruit an Assistant Service Manager to join a private healthcare organisation to Deliver and performance manage the provision of high-quality clinical services. Manage the day to day operational running of the office/services. Provide line management support to the Administration Team. Responsible for defined Human Resource requirements within the services workforce. To ensure that all aspects of management comply with relevant legislation or accreditation requirements and that the required high standards of clinical and corporate governance are achieved. This will include but is not limited to:

* Data protection

* Financial Management and Governance
* Clinical Governance
* Corporate Governance

Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Assistant Service Manager opportunity to have management experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of clinical commissioning. Knowledge and experience of working with key performance indicators and service level agreement. Skills in business development and planning. Excellent communication skills. Experience in financial management and control. Experience in risk management. Knowledge of local health community. Knowledge of NHS policies. Experience in patient engagements.
