Cosmetic Clinic Theatre Manager, South East London, Full Time, up to £47,000 per annum + Benefits

The Key Details are – I am recruiting for an exceptional Theatre Manager to join a Private Cosmetic Clinic based in South East London to provide your clinical expertise and management experience.

Location: South East London – within easy access via Train, Bus and Car

Salary: £42,000 – £47,000 per annum / £20.19 – £22.59 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week.

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week.

Further Details about the Role: I am looking to recruit an experienced Theatre Manager who will ensure good working knowledge of the AfPP standards and practice ensuring the team works to these. Ensuring all Clinical Governance issues are addressed, E.g. through incident reporting, National joint registry, and new services and staff introduced safely. Ensuring all equipment and Theatre environment is maintained to meet Health and Safety requirements. Meet the requirements of the Care Quality Commission within the Department. Working closely with the Senior Management Team to develop Consultant relationships and increase theatre activity.

Person Specification: The successful applicant for Theatre Manager opportunity must possess current registration with relevant professional body. Significant exposure in a senior role to external stakeholders such as Consultants, Physicians, Allied Health professionals, patients and suppliers. At least 3 years previous leadership experience within a theatre department. Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards Excellent communication skills – written and oral Immediate Life Support. ENB 998 or equivalent. Effective presentation and Intermediate computer skills. Proven track record of on-going professional development. Participate on the on call. Carry out Pre assessment. Clinical audit
