The Key details are – I am recruiting for a Sister – Charge Nurse to join a Private Hospital located in London on a full time permanent basis within a busy team in the ward department.

Location: London – within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum ( Including London Waiting and 20% uplift for unsocial hours)

Hours: Full Time available – 37.5 Hours Per Week

Further Details about the Role: I am looking to recruit a Night Sister This post will entail taking responsibility for the overall clinical management and administration of the Hospital at night on a rotational basis, so will be ward based when not on duty for Matron’s Office. Provide effective organisation of the ward to ensure the highest standards of patient-centred quality, service, care and safety are met and maintained. Establish systems and processes to ensure effective communication and continuity of patient care, liaising with multi-disciplinary/multi-agency teams, other healthcare organisations and community services. Take responsibility for the overall clinical management and administration of the Hospital at night on a rotational basis.

Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Sister Nurse opportunity to possess a full without restrictions NMC registration. Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically, managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC registration. Experienced in acute nursing care. Up to date knowledge in area of practice. Energetic, proactive and driven to succeed. Acts on own initiative and problem solves utilising resources available. Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management. Strong interpersonal skills. Good team worker. Both punctual and reliable. Flexible and adaptable.
