Oncology Specialist Doctor, Central London, Full Time, up to £70,000 + Benefits
Key Details: I am recruiting for an experienced Resident Medical Officers to join a Private Hospital located in Central London, to fully assist the consultants and specialist nursing staff to ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered.
The Key details are –
Location: Central London – within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum / £26.44 – £33.65 per hour based on 40 hours per week.
Hours: Full Time & Part Time available – either 24 hours per week or 40 hours per week across both weekdays & weekends determined by rota. Rotas provided on average 6 to 8 weeks in advance to plan worklife balance.

Further Details about the Role: As an Oncology Specialist RMO Doctor you will be working alongside our world-renowned consultants who have dedicated their careers to transforming our patients’ lives. Work in close liaison with the nursing team and multi-disciplinary team to ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered. Provide medical cover, on instructions given by the consultants regarding patient management. Undertake daily walk rounds. Update all patient records. Complete drug charts and liaise with the nurse in charge regarding any potential problems. Clerking of admissions and liaising with the supervising or admitting consultant. Take part in ward audits, education, training and research to continuously improve and strive for excellence, for staff and patients. Consent patients following explanation of procedures
Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Oncology Specialist Doctor, opportunity to possess full without restrictions GMC registration. Specialist trained to ST3 and above in Oncology. MRCP desirable. Post holder must hold current ALS certificate. Good inter-personal skills with an ability to work co-operatively in a multidisciplinary setting. Ability to work effectively within a team environment & on own initiative.
