Key Details: I am recruiting for a reputable Acute Trust Patient Pathway Clinical Lead to join a highly reputable client located in Berkshire on a full-time permanent basis.

Location: Bracknell – Berkshire. Ability to travel throughout the UK with a car is a must for this opportunity.

Salary: £70,000 – £100,000 per annum (Depending on Experience & Negotiable) + package

Hours: Full Time

Further Details About this position: This is an excellent opportunity some those looking to utilise their Acute Trust background and join a niche market within an organic growing reputable client. All applicants will be expected to provide direction to collated data from clients/trusts and influence the design of a patient pathway within acute trusts. This client is offering a unique patient centred model. All applicants will be responsible for ensuring all business targets are achieved, along with ensuring all aspects of people, performance and financial objectives are delivered as per the Trust business plan. The successful applicant will provide strong clinical leadership at a divisional level, ensuring there are appropriate systems and processes in place to deliver presentations, objectives and drive forward the clients to improve the operational effectiveness of the sites. This client offers models covering the whole process starting from ED through to the community support.

Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant to possess an NMC registration without restrictions. Applicants must be accomplished, adaptable and highly qualified senior healthcare professionals, with extensive experience within delivering transformation. Experience within service redesign and knowledge within performance improvements. A strong background within NHS Acute Trusts is a must. Applicants must have a passion about implementing the best possible pathways for patient experience & care. A good understanding around SPC data. The ability to understand and facilitate analyst packs. Applicants must be presentable and possess excellent communication skills to build strong long-term business relationships. Applicants are expected to travel to clients across the UK as and when – with notice – to provide consulting support
