The Key details are – I am recruiting for a Sister to join a Private Hospital located in West London on a full-time permanent basis within a busy team in the ward department. This hospital has excellent standards of quality patient care and they are looking for someone to continue with this.
Location: West London – within easy access via Train, Bus and Car
Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 per annum / £18.97 – £21.53 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week.
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 Hours Per Week

Further Details about the Role: I am looking to recruit a Sister to join a private hospital located in West London on their busy ward to lead the team in demonstrating compassion, care, competence and commitment to work by the NMC code of professional conduct. To participate in the effective management of the ward, taking charge regularly in the absence of a Ward Manager. To participate in the Sister in Charge Rota, co-ordinating and managing the hospital out of hours. To develop clinical practice and professional competence, reflecting the beliefs in nursing practice outlined in the Ward/Hospital Philosophy. You will attend mandatory training as identified by the Hospital. Areas which you will cover will be fulfilling appraisal and performance review objectives. Effectively provide mentorship and coaching to all members of staff. Monitoring patient satisfaction by regularly visiting ward and outpatient departments, taking corrective action where needed. Encourage an environment and culture that promotes good working relationships and values with individual contribution.
Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Sister opportunity to possess a full without restrictions NMC registration. Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically, managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC registration. Experienced in acute nursing care. 5 years continuous post registration experience. Up to date knowledge in area of practice. Energetic, proactive and driven to succeed. Acts on own initiative and problem solves utilising resources available. Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management. Strong interpersonal skills. Good team worker. Both punctual and reliable. Flexible and adaptable.
