Key Details: I am recruiting for two Theatre Scrub Practitioners to join a Private Hospital located in South West London. You will provide exemplary planned to provide patient care during the pre, peri and post operative phase of a surgical patient’s care within the hospital.
The Key details are –
Location: South West London – within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum / £15.38 – £17.43 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week.
Hours: Full Time available – 37.5 Hours Per Week

Further Details about the Role: I am looking to recruit Scrub Practitioners to join a private hospital located in South West London. You will be required to Assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload. Plan, delivery and evaluate care to meet patient’s health and wellbeing. Provide peri-operative care to patients within difference specialisms. You are required to perform the swab, needle and instrument checks as per policies. To accurately record the operative procedure according to the direction of the operating surgeon. To manage the safe handling and recording of all specimens according to the surgeon’s specification. To ensure the safe disposal of all sharps as per Trust Policy. To ensure the patient is managed safely whilst in the Theatre Department
Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for these Theatre Scrub Practitioner opportunities to possess either full NMC or HCPC registration without restrictions. All applicants must possess a minimum of 6-month post registration experience. Basic theatre skills. Up to date clinical knowledge. Exceptional communications skills. It is a must that all applicants are willing to participate in flexible working patterns. Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration/practitioner qualification and additional training.
