Key Details: I am recruitment for an Urgent Care Physician to join the world’s largest privately funded patient hospital group within their 5 urgent care centres within Central London.

Location: Central London – within easy access via Train, Bus and Car
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per annum / £38.46 – £43.26 per hour based on 40 Hours per week.

Further Details about the Role: As an Urgent Care Physician within this large healthcare provider the requirements include providing clinical assessment and diagnosis to a wide range of patients’ presenting with minor injuries and illnesses ranging from throat conditions to cuts and grazes. As part of the assessment role, it is required to take blood, ECGs and interpret X rays ( training is provided ). The team and successful applicant will be responsible for continually striving for excellence, through audit, research, analysing trends, and maintaining the patient satisfaction survey. It is a necessity to be work flexibly across the multiple site in London.
Person Specification: The successful applicant for this Urgent Care Physician must be flexible to work across sites throughout Central London. The service hours coverage is from 7am – midnight and shifts will be within this will be a range of earlies or late to choose from. Rotas are planned 12 weeks in advance for work-life balance. 1 weekend per month is required to work. Full Time or Part Time available 20 or 40 hours.
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification is a must. GMC registration and listed the GP register is a must. Postgraduate experience preferable to include A&E or Urgent Care. Team player able to build relationship and support colleagues. Excellent communication and IT skills.
