The Key details are – I am recruiting for a Sister – Charge Nurse to join a Private Hospital located in Leeds on a full-time permanent basis within a busy team in a surgical department.

Location: Leeds – within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park.

Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 pa

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 Hours Per Week

Further Details about the Role: I am looking to recruit a Sister – Charge Nurse to join an incredible and enthusiastic team.
You will work under a hard working and passionate Ward Manager who is looking for a Sister to join the team and demonstrating compassion, care, competence and commitment to work by the NMC code of professional conduct.
This site offers patients who are mostly mobile so heavy lifting is rare. Areas which you will cover will be fulfilling appraisal and performance review objectives.
Effectively provide mentorship and coaching to all members of staff. Monitoring patient satisfaction by regularly visiting ward and outpatient departments, taking corrective action where needed.
Encourage an environment and culture that promotes good working relationships and values with individual contribution.
Ensure robust risk assessment processes are in place.

Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Sister- Charge Nurse opportunity to possess a full without restrictions NMC registration.

A minimum of 4 years at a Senior level is a must in order to achieve the higher payscale. Should possess a mentorship and currently be mentoring.

Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically, managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC registration.

Experienced in acute nursing care. Up to date knowledge in area of practice. Energetic, proactive and driven to succeed. Acts on own initiative and problem solves utilising resources available.

Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management. Strong interpersonal skills. Good team worker. Both punctual and reliable. Flexible and adaptable.
